OCHN Recipient Rights Advisory Committee shall:

1. Consist of 15 members appointed by OCHN Board:

3. This Advisory Committee is an official committee of OCHN and is subject to the Open Meetings Act, Act 267 of the Public Acts 1976, meeting sections 15.261 to 15.275 of the Michigan Compiled laws. Minutes shall be maintained and made available to individuals upon request.

4. The Office of Recipient Rights offers assistance and reasonable accommodations to Committee members to ensure participation, i.e., help with transportation and interpreter for services if needed.
